How long will my order take to arrive?
We ship all orders from our fulfilment partner within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery to UK addresses typically takes 7–15 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all UK orders. No minimum spend required.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to the UK only. We're working on expanding to the EU and beyond — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How do I initiate a return?
Simply email us at hello@evokewellness.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we've received and inspected your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
